Heat Films
Mounting with mounting adhesives is really easy. Cut the adhesive to size, align it on the carrier with the picture and tack everything together. Put this sandwich into a pre-heated vacuum press for approximately two minutes. The adhesive melts as it heats and bonds as it cools. Heat and equal pressure avoid bubbles and wrinkles. The result is an even and smooth surface.
Fixmount Ultra
FixMount Ultra is a special paper coated with hot adhesive on both sides. It is suitable for mounting prints, posters and resin coated photographs in high quality. The foil is pH-neutral and acid-free. Thickness 50 µ, Application temperature approx. 77°C.

Low-temperature laminating films for thermo presses
DigiShield Laminating films for digital images
DigiShield Laminating Films are vinyl films with integrated UV protection coated on one side with a 25 µ low temperature adhesive and covered with a silicone release paper. The adhesive is ph-neutral and acid-free. Due to the low melting point DigiShield films are ideal for the laminating of temperature-sensitive pictures which bear the risk to change colours when exposed to higher processing temperatures as for example inkjet-media. Laminating with DigiShield is very easy. Cut the laminating foil approx. 1 cm larger than the size of the picture, peel off the protection paper and put the foil sticky side down on top of the picture. Cover it with a sheet of foam plastic and put this "sandwich" between two layers of silicone paper into a hot press, pre-heated to 75°C. Application temperature approx. 75°C, application time approx. 5 min.

The Art Texturing System is a simple but versatile laminating / embossing technique that creates practically limitless varieties of textures and special embossed finishes. It adds a unique extra appeal to photos, posters, prints etc. You can choose from canvas, sandpaper, leather etc. The Art Texturing System is very easy. Cut the ArtTexture foil approx. 1 cm larger than the size of the picture. Cover it with the release film, the texture material and a sheet of foam plastic and put this "sandwich" between two layers of silicone paper into a vacuum press, pre-heated to 90°C. Application temperature approx. 90°C, application time approx. 10 min.
ArtTexture
ArtTexture is a thermoplastic film with UV-filter used to enhance photographs or prints by reproducing the texture of material placed over the release film during lamination. The foil is ph-neutral and acid-free.
